摘要
为探究植物生长调节剂对再生稻的影响,以甬优4949为试验材料,选择3种植物生长调节剂(IAA、GA_(3)、6-BA),设置4种质量浓度处理(10、20、40、80 mg/L),以清水为对照,对不同处理下再生稻的再生力、产量和米质进行比较分析。结果表明:再生稻头季收获后,喷施20 mg/L的IAA或40 mg/L的GA_(3)或80 mg/L的6-BA,可以显著提高再生季的稻谷产量与米质。
In order to explore the effects of plant growth regulators on recycled rice,Yongyou 4949 was selected as the test material,and three plant growth regulators(IAA,GA_(3),6-BA)were treated with four mass concentrations(10,20,40,80 mg/L),and CK(water)was used as the control.The fertility,yield and rice quality of regenerated rice under different treatments were compared and analyzed.The results showed that 20 mg/L IAA,40 mg/L GA_(3)and 80 mg/L 6-BA treatments could significantly improve rice yield and rice quality in the regenerated season after the first harvest.
