广橙在授粉后3天内即完成受精,与未授粉子房相比,授粉子房迅速膨大,授粉处理可使内源IAA(吲哚乙酸)、ABA(脱落酸)和ZT(玉米素)水平急剧上升,尤其是在处理后的前3天(即授粉后至受精前)。至第4天趋平缓。以每子房(幼果)ng含量计,至处理后第3天,IAA、ABA和ZT含量分别是处理开始时的6.8、5.2和4.1倍,而未援粉的分别为2.5、2.6和1.2倍,这种变化与子房(幼果)的发育密切相关。试验还分析了广橙授粉处理与内源激素平衡关系,发现授粉处理ABA/IAA比例呈有规律下降,而未授粉两者保持恒定;盛花期至盛花后4天内单性结实温州蜜柑子房(幼果)内源ABA和ZT水平一直维持较高,而IAA含量很低;ABA和ZT含量变化与温州蜜柑子房(幼果)的膨大呈显著正相关。但IAA对单性结实子房(幼果)早期发育似无明显作用。
Changes of endogenous IAA, ABA and Zeatin ( ZT) content in pollinated and non-pollinated ovaries of Guangcheng (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck) and parthenocar-pic ovaries of Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc. ) were determined to study the mechanism of pollination and fruit-set of citrus. The process of fertilization in Guangcheng ended in 3 days after pollination. Compared to non-pollinated ovaries of Guangcheng, the volume of pollinated ovaries increased rapidly and the levels of endogenous IAA, ABA and ZT increased sharply, especially before the process of fertilization; then they re-mained relatively steady from the fourth day after pollination. On a nanogram per ovary basis, the levels of IAA, ABA and ZT in the ovaries of Guangcheng increased by 6.8, 5.2, and 4.1 folds respectively in three days after pollination while only 2.5, 2.6 and 1.2 folds respectively in non-pollinated ones. The changes of endogenous IAA, ABA and ZT content were supposed to be closely related to the development of ovaries of Guangcheng. High levels of ABA and ZT and low level of IAA were detected in the parthenocarpic ovaries of Satsuma mandarin from full bloom to four days later. There was a significantly positive relationship between ABA and ZT content and the development of ovaries of Satsuma mandarin. It seemed that IAA played no significant part in the development of parthenocarpic ovaries of Satsuma mandarin.
