摘要
目的通过建立医用耗材使用评价机制,实现医用耗材全生命周期的智慧化、精细化闭环管理。运用SPD信息平台解决医用耗材的成本管控、合规降险、监测和监督、管理能力提升等突出问题。方法探讨分析某三级医疗机构医用耗材管理现状,对传统医用耗材管理现状进行调查,针对其存在的突出问题,建立医用耗材采购、供应、验收、库存智慧化管理预警机制,实现医用耗材安全与质量管理风险控制。结果某三级医疗机构应用SPD模式后护理医用耗材收费时间消耗指数有所下降,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床科室耗材库存周转效率有所上升,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床科室耗材申领及盘库管理时间有所下降,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过SPD模式建立医用耗材采购的预警机制和风险管控机制,可降低耗材的人力管理成本,减轻医护人员负担,避免过度医疗,从而有效提升医疗机构医用耗材管理水平。
Objective To realize the intelligent and refined closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of medical consumables by establishing the evaluation mechanism of the use of medical consumables.To solve outstanding problems such as cost control,compliance risk reduction,monitoring and supervision,and management ability improvement of medical consumables by the SPD information platform.Methods Current situation of medical consumables management in a tertiary medical institution was analyzed.Meanwhile,the current situation of traditional medical consumables management was investigated to find out the prominent problems.An early warning mechanism for intelligent management of medical consumables procurement,supply,acceptance and inventory was established to realize the risk control of medical consumables safety and quality management.Results After the application of SPD model in a tertiary medical institution,the nursing medical consumable charging time consumption index significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the consumable inventory turnover efficiency in the clinical department significantly increased(P<0.05).The time for requisitioning consumables and inventory management in clinical departments was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion SPD model establishes an early warning mechanism for medical consumables procurement,reduces the human management cost of consumables,reduces the burden of medical personnel,avoids excessive medical treatment.It effectively improves the management level of medical consumables in medical institutions.
