摘要
目的为了降低医院运行成本,实现医用耗材精细化管理。方法我院通过招标采购方式引进了SPD医用耗材运营团队,应用SPD管理系统对医用耗材进行全生命周期管理。结果我院通过SPD模式实现了医用耗材的精细化管理和医院成本的控制。结论利用SPD耗材管理模式,可以实现对医用耗材精细化管理,减少医护人员在耗材管理方面时间和精力消耗,降低医院运行成本。
Objective To reduce the cost of hospital operation and realize the fine management of medical consumables.Methods The operation team of SPD medical consumables was introduced into our hospital through bidding and purchasing,and the whole life cycle of medical consumables was managed by SPD management system.Results Our hospital realized the fine management of medical consumables and the control of hospital cost through SPD model.Conclusion The use of SPD consumable management model can realize the fine management of medical consumable,reduce the time and energy consumption of medical staff in consumable management,and reduce the hospital operating cost.
