摘要
近年来,供应链管理(SPD)模式作为一种新型耗材管理模式,逐渐被越来越多的医院所采用。以北京某医院为研究对象,梳理原有耗材管理当中存在的漏洞和短板,将SPD模式运用于耗材管理工作当中,取得了一定成效,并解决了传统管理模式中存在的问题。探索并介绍了SPD模式在医院中的实施经验,推动了医院耗材管理由粗放化向精细化的转变,为进一步提高耗材管理水平提供了经验和借鉴。
As a new type of consumables management mode,SPD mode has been gradually adopted by more and more hospitals.Taking a hospital in Beijing as the research object,it collects the loopholes and shortcomings in the original consumables management and applies the SPD mode to consumables management,which has achieved certain results and solved the problems existing in the traditional management mode.It introduces the implementation experience of SPD mode in hospitals,which promotes the transformation of hospital consumables management from extensive to fine and provides experience and reference for further improving the level of consumables management.
