摘要
阐述了润滑油添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸亚铜(CuDDP)的合成工艺、作用机理,并通过CuDDP与ZnDDP的复配研究,制得了一种新型润滑油高效添加剂,对其主要指标进行了测试,润滑油性能评定结果表明该复合添加剂是一种新型高效润滑油添加剂。
The synthetic technique and action mechanism of the lubricating oil additive,i.e. subcopper dialkyldithiophosphate(CuDDP),are described.A sort of new type high -functional additive of lubricating oil is obtained by the compatibility of CuDDP and ZnDDP.The main technical targets are tested.The simulated evaluating results of lubricating oil show that this additive is high function lubricating oil additive.
