摘要
用凸轮—挺柱磨损试验、四球卡咬磨损试验以及XPS分析方法研究了金属清净剂、辅助抗氧剂对ZDDP抗磨性的影响 ,试验结果表明 :添加剂通过降低对ZDDP磷的吸附而影响其抗磨作用 ,选择合适的添加剂可以使其对ZDDP影响降至最小。
The influences of metallic detergents and additional anti-oxidation additives on antiwear properties of ZDDP by using the cam-lifter wear test,four-ball seizure test and XPS analysis were studied.The results showed that metallic detergents and additives affected the antiwear performances of ZDDP by decreasing the absorption to phosphors,the proper additives to be selected could make the influence to ZDDP minimum.
