摘要
采用两步脱硫脱氯法合成硫化异丁烯,第2步反应产生的废水回用于下一批的第1步反应,第1步控制异丙醇投加量为1.33 mol/mol[S2Cl2],硫化钠投加量为0.70~0.72 mol/mol[S2Cl2];第2步控制硫化钠投加量为0.24~0.34 mol/mol[S2Cl2]。试验结果表明,采用废水循环法合成硫化异丁烯,其产品质量能达到国内外同类产品标准。
Two-step desulfurization and dechlorination method was used to prepare sulphide isobutene.The wastewater produced in the second step reaction was reused in the first step reaction of the next operation.In the first step reaction,the dosage of isopropanol and sodium sulfide were controlled at 1.33 and 0.70-0.72 mol/mol respectively;while in the second step reaction,the sodium sulfide dosage was controlled at 0.24-0.34 mol/mol.The results of the test showed that,the quality of the sulphide isobutene synthesized through wastewater recycling method could meet the standard of like product both in China and abroad.
