摘要
使用均匀设计的实验方案和蒙特卡罗模拟法 ,优化氟康唑中间体 2 氯 2′,4′ 二氟苯乙酮的合成条件 ,反应收率明显提高 ,达到 90 %以上 ;同时对合成反应的机制进行了探讨。
The fluconazole intermediate compound 2-chloro-2′,4′-difluorophenethyl ketone was synthesized,the optimal conditions of preparation were presented by the method of the homogeneous test and Monte Carlo simulated method.The rate of production was obviously improved,the yield was over 90%,finally the reaction mechanism was studied.
