摘要
目的 :研究耳针治疗痤疮临床文献科研方法的现状及其存在问题。方法 :根据流行病学 /DME方法学原则 ,对 1994年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月共 7年间 (实际检索为 1979～ 2 0 0 1年 ) ,国内有关耳针治疗痤疮的临床文献共 39篇 ,进行调查和评价。结果 :只有 7篇文献 (占 17 95 % )采用了对照的方法进行临床研究。从整体来讲 ,尚缺乏统一的诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准和疗效评定标准 ;组间基线的均衡性不详 ;随机、对照、盲法等原则的执行描述不够清楚 ;设计方案不够合理和完善 ;数据的处理可信度较差等。结论 :应根据耳针临床研究的特点 ,探索建立相对的黄金标准的证候量表 ,制定规范的临床研究方案 ,以提高临床疗效。
Purpose To study on the present situation and problem in clinical literature scientific studies of auricular acupuncture for treatment of acne. Methods Based on methodological principle of epidemiology/DME, 39 clinical papers about auricular acupuncture for treatment of acne at home issued in the 7 years from March 1994 to September 2000, were investigated and evaluated. Results Only 7 articles, accounting for 17 95%, adopted control method in clinical study. Generally, these studies lacked unified diagnosic criteria, crteria for enrolling, criteria for excluding and criteria for therapeutic effects; and equitability of base lines between groups was not introduced in detail; random, control, blinding and other principles were not described enough clear; the design programs were not enough reasonable and complete; the convincibility was poorer in processing of date, and so on. Conclusion Should probe into establishment of relative gold criteria of syndrome scale, and stipulate standard clinical study programs according to the characteristics of clinical studies of auricular acupuncture for increasing clinical therapeutic effects.
