摘要
介绍了循证医学的基本概念与特点 ,并系统分析了中医药学临床研究的特点及其与循证医学的内在联系 ,提出循证医学方法在中医药临床研究领域的应用的四个关键环节 :中医药治疗性文献的系统分析、证候的标准化与客观化、中医药的临床对照试验、建立综合的中医药疗效评价体系。并认为 :应用循征医学方法围绕上述领域开展中医药的临床研究 ,有可能对“中医药临床疗效的客观评价”这一具有挑战性的命题作出有价值的回答。
The basic concepts and features of the evidence_based medicine(EBM) were summarized,and the features of clinical studies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the relationships between EBM and TCM were systematically analyzed.Four major points were proposed in the application of EBM to the field of TCM:the systematic review of the therapeutic literature of TCM,the standardization and objectification of TCM syndrome,controlled clinical trials in TCM field and the establishment of the clinical outcome assessing system of TCM.It is considered that a valuable answer to the challenging question of “the objective evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of TCM”could be given as clinical studies of TCM carry out around the above key points with application of modern methodologies including EBM and clinical epidemiology.
