摘要
本文应用碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶技术,对15例痤疮皮损中的浸润细胞进行免疫细胞化学表现型分型。结果表明:细胞浸润主要位于真皮浅层、毛囊和皮脂腺周围,以单个核细胞为主,T细胞以T_H细胞明显增高,T_H:T_S比值为2.57:1。作者认为细胞免疫参与了寻常痤疮的致病过程。
In our study, the alkaline phosphatase antialkaline phosphatase (APAAP)technique was adopted to classify T lymphocyte and T cell subsets (Th, Ts) which infiltrated in inflammatory lesions of 15 aene vulgaris patients. The results were shown as follows: the infiltrating cells were mainly in the upper dermis and at the periphery of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. About 70% cellular infiltrates were T cells. The Thelper was obviously increased. The ratio of T helper:T-suppressor was about 2.57: 1. The author's opinion was that the cellular immunity takes part in the pathogenic process of ache vulgaris.
