摘要
本文主要介绍了一种在线自动重量分捡设备的基本原理、结构设计 ,对其各个系统如送样系统、称重系统、控制系统和分捡系统的主要功能作了详细介绍。该设备具有精度高、速度快和应用范围广等特点 。
This paper introduces the basic principle and the structure design of the automatic weighting checking machine in line, as well as its main functions of every system ,such as delivering -sample system,weighting system,control system and checking system.This machine has the characteristics of high accuracy,high speed and wide application fields.Satisfactory results were obtained in food packing industry.
