摘要
介绍了单片机控制系统在重量分捡机的应用,分析了控制系统的基本结构、工作原理以及硬件设计和软件编程,系统具有分捡精度高、分捡速度快、稳定性高、可靠性好等特点。
SCM control system was employed in weight sorting machine;the author analyzed the main structure,operational mechanism,hard-ware designing and soft-ware programming of the control system.Experimental result shown that this system is charaetarized by its high sorting accuracy,stability anal reliability.
