摘要
目的 :观察超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)在心血管疾病中的变化。方法 :对 15 6例心血管疾病患者 (肺心病 4 1例、冠心病 77例和高血压 38例 )分别测定血清 SOD和 MDA的含量。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,心血管病组血清 SOD下降了 38.78% (P <0 .0 1) ;MDA升高了 14 0 .5 8% (P <0 .0 1) ;SOD/ MDA值下降了 73.30 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在心血管疾病患者中自由基代谢紊乱 。
Objective: To observe the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde(MAD) in several cardiovascular diseases. Methods:The levels of SOD and MDA of 156 cases with cardiovascular diseases were measured, (41 of them were cor pulmonale ; 77 were coronary heart disease; 38 were hypertension). Results: Compared with the control group, the level of SOD dropped by 38.78% in cardiovascular diseases group (P<0.01), that of MDA was lowered by 140.58% (P<0.01), SOD/MDA was decreased by 73.30% (P<0.01) . Conclusion: The free radial metabolism was disordered in cor pulmonale, coronary heart disease and hypertension. It is saggestd that the free radical-induced lipid peroxidation may contribate to the incidence and the development of these diseases
