摘要
钱塘江河口综合规划的编制是提高这一地区防洪御潮能力、开发利用保护和合理配置河口资源、确保周边地区重要工程正常运行、进一步规范和协调管理的需要。规划方案比较评价指标体系的建立,便于方案的比较和推荐。指标体系与科学研究定性和定量分析成果相结合,体现专家的参与意见,使得规划具有科学性、前瞻性和可操作性。
According to the aim of the Qiantang River estuary integration planning,the index system is discussed to express the sustainable development on society,economy and nature resources as well.Base on the evaluate of the index system recommend project will be picked out.
