摘要
采用层次分析法构建环境与社会、经济协调发展的评价指标体系;以特尔斐法和语义变量分析法相结合来计算各大类指标和中类指标的权重值;以国际大都市的环境、经济、社会相关指标作为评价的参照标准体系,建立了”协调度”的评价指标体系及协调度的分级方法。
The appraisal indicator system was formulated by means of hierarchy analysis, and applied Teroffy Process with Semantic Variable Analysis Process to calculale the weights of first level indicators and medium level indicators. The relevant indicator values retrieved from international metropolises were chose as reference system for appraisal, thus the appraisal indicator system and its classification process were built up to demonstrate the city grade of coordinative development.
