摘要
目的:观察乳腺切除后即时埋置硅胶假体手术的临床效果。方法:沿乳房皮下切除腺体组织,放置相应盐水假体,随访观察。结果:6例手术再造乳房两侧对称,外形美观。结论:该手术操作简便,切口隐蔽,临床效果满意。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on immediate implanting mammary prosthesis after mastectomy.Methods:Gland tissue in breast were excised and pro sthesis were implanted.Results:Six patients' reconstructed breasts were symmetr ical with beautiful contour.Conclusion:This operation can be done easily with satisfying results.
