摘要
在多目标规划理论的基础上,根据国产某型商用车实际运行情况,在车辆行驶安全性、发动机润滑油使用可靠性、车辆单位行程检测诊断与维修费用等多个不能同一化的目标下,研究实现多目标意义下的车辆维护周期的最优化,并给出具体的车辆最优二级维护周期值。本研究成功地运用多目标优化理论,解决了车辆的最优维护周期问题,从而对解决各种复杂和大型机械设备的维护周期最优化问题具有普遍的指导意义。
Based on the multi-objective programming theory, according to the real operation conditions of a typical type of the commercial vehicle made in China, and under the several objectives such as the vehicle operating safety, the use reliability of engine oil, and the cost per kilogram of vehicle detecting test, diagnosis, maintenance and repair, this paper researches how to realize the optimization of the given vehicle's maintenance period, and gives out the exact value of the class Ⅱ maintenance period of the given type commercial vehicle. By means of multi-objective programming,this paper has solved the problem of the vehicle's optimum maintenance period successfully, and has the generally guiding meaning to the solution of the maintenance period optimization of all kinds of complex and giant mechanisms and equipments.
