摘要
利用大量实际运行样本数据，借助数理统计手段和可靠性理论，揭示了国产典型中型载货汽车的整车运行故障发生规律，给出了其故障密度函数ｆ（ｌ）、故障分布函数Ｆ（ｌ）、可靠度函数Ｒ（ｌ）和故障率函数λ（ｌ），求取了其若干可靠性特征量的估计值，并相应得出了一些极有意义的结论。本文研究成果为深入了解我国中型载货汽车的现状及进一步提高其可靠性提供了可靠的依据，同时，也便于车辆使用与维修部门及时掌握车辆的运行技术状况和使用可靠性。
Based on a large number of actual data, this paper gives the statistical laws of operational fault's occurrence of typical medium duty trucks made in China by means of mathematical statistics and the theory of reliability. This paper also gives the fault density function f(l) , the fault distribution function F(l) , the reliability function R(l) and the fault rate function λ(l) . At the same time, estimated values of some characteristic volumes of the reliability are calculated, and some conclusions of very important significance are got correspondingly. So the study of this paper provides basis for keeping abreast of the present condition of the medium duty trucks made in China in depth, and improving their reliability. In addition, the study of this paper will make things convenient for the medium duty trucks' operation and repair and maintenance units to keep abreast of the technical condition of operation and the use reliability of the trucks in time, and to arrange the repair and maintenance of the trucks reasonably.
