摘要
研究将多目标规划理论方法应用于车辆维护周期的确定,目的是根据实际问题的背景和容许性,在彼此不能同一化的多个目标下,真正实现车辆维护周期的最优化。同时,基于大量样本数据的统计分析和作者已有的研究基础,在润滑油使用可靠性、车辆行驶安全性和单位行程检测诊断与维修费用等目标下,用主要目标法和分层序列法,具体给出了国产某型载货汽车的最优二级维护周期,从而为此类问题的研究解决提供了可供借鉴的实例。
In this paper, the theoretical methods of multi-objective programming are used in deciding the vehicle maintenance interval. According to the backgrounds of actual problems, the optimum value of vehicle maintenance interval in real sense can be sought out under the several objectives. At the same time, based on the statistics and analysis of a large number of real sample data and the studies made by the author, the optimum class II maintenance interval of EQ1090 truck has been determined under the objectives of the engine oil's use reliability, vehicle operating safety and the cost of detecting test, diagnosis, maintenance and repair per mileage. The real example can be used for reference in saving similar problems.
