摘要
目的 探讨中脑导水管周围灰质 (PAG)内催产素 (OT)在痛行为调制中的作用 ,及其与内源性阿片肽系统之间的关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向PAG腹外侧区注射OT和纳洛酮 (Nx)对大鼠痛行为反应的影响。结果 PAG内注入OT后 ,大鼠的痛阈明显增加 ,并在一定范围内呈明确的剂量 效应关系 ;而注入Nx后 ,不能完全阻断OT在痛行为反应中的作用。结论 PAG内OT在痛行为调制中发挥着重要的作用 ,并且此作用不完全依赖于内源性的阿片肽系统。
Objective To study the effect of oxytocin(OT) on pain modulation in periaqueductal gray(PAG) and its relation to endogenous opiate peptides. Methods The potassium iontophoresis induced tail flick was used to measure the pain threshold.Results OT administration induced a enhancement of pain threshold.These effects were dose dependent within the range of 0.5ng to 4.0 ng.Furthermore,pre injection of Naloxone(Nx) in PAG not could weaken analgesia effect of OT.Conclusion These data suggest that OT in PAG plays an important role in the analgesia, and its effect is independent of endogenous opiate peptides.
