摘要
为了模拟工业机器人关节交变载荷与多角度位姿变换并存的工况环境,研制了一种多自由度工业机器人关节精密减速器加速寿命实验装置。该实验装置由信号分析、数据处理、运动控制等模块组成,并用于机械工程、电气工程、机器人工程等相关学科的实验教学,有助于学生掌握工业机器人相关理论知识,深入学习先进装备性能评估与寿命预测方法。
In order to simulate the joint alternating load and multi-angle pose transformation of industrial robot,a multidegree-of-freedom joint precision reducer acceleration life experiment device was developed.The device integrates signal analysis,data processing,motion control and other knowledge,and can be used for experimental teaching of mechanical engineering,electrical engineering,robotics engineering and other related disciplines,which helps students to master the theoretical knowledge of industrial robots,learn advanced equipment performance evaluation and life prediction methods.
