摘要
在工业机器人应用型人才需求剧增的背景下,华南理工大学广州学院工业机器人实验室与校级学生社团机器人协会联合,提出并实施依托社团的工业机器人实验室开放式管理模式。以实验室为基础,结合社团管理体制,充分发挥两者优势,从人员招纳,技术培训,学生参与实验室开放式管理和科研项目等方面进行探索与实践。
Under the background of the increasing demand for applied talents of industrial robots, the Industrial Robot Laboratory of Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology and the Student Robot Association in the university jointly put forward and implemented an open management mode of industrial robotic laboratories relying on associations. On the basis of the laboratory and in combination with the management system of community, full play is given to the advantages of both, and the exploration and practice are carried out from the aspects of personnel recruitment, technical training, students’ participation in open laboratory management and scientific research projects.
