摘要
以2JK-2.5×2P型矿用绞车主轴为研究对象,对主轴受力情况进行分析,并且提出对主轴结构的优化方案。仿真结果表明,通过优化有效改善了主轴的受力情况,延长了主轴的使用寿命,提高了安全性。
Taking the spindle of 2JK-2.5×2P mining winch as the research object,the stress of the spindle was analyzed,and the optimization scheme of the spindle structure was proposed.The simulation result shows that the optimization effectively improves the force of the spindle,prolongs the service life of the spindle,and improves safety.
