摘要
比较分析高速齿轮转动装置的功率损失计算方式,找出适合高速轻载齿轮箱功率损失的计算方法。通过分析计算,得到高速轻载齿轮箱功率损失主要发生在齿轮的搅油搅风和高速可倾瓦轴承上,提出提高高速轻载齿轮箱传递效率的有效途径,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。
Through comparing and analysis of the power loss calculation mode of high--speed gear rotating device, the power loss calculation method of high--speed gearbox with light load is found. Through the calculation and analysis, the power loss of high--speed gearbox with light--load occurs mainly in the churning gears high winds stir and tilting pad bearing, the effective way to increase the high--speed gearbox with light load transfer efficiency is proposed, a foundation for further research is provided.
