摘要
本文将基于刚柔耦合动力学理论,结合采煤机牵引机构的实际结构特点,构建牵引机构刚柔耦合动力学模型,并以此为基础开展采煤机牵引机构动力学仿真分析,根据分析结果确认采煤机牵引机构存在的缺陷问题,进而提出采煤机牵引机构优化设计方案,最后将优化方案应用于工程实践,实现优化设计方案的检验分析。
Based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics theory and combined with the actual structural characteristics of the shearer haulage gear,the paper constructs the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the haulage gear,confirms the defects of the shearer haulage gear,and optimizes the design scheme based on simulation analysis,which is applied to engineering practice and realizes its verification.
