摘要
基于序批式反应器(SBR)研究了新型前置A2NSBR同步脱氮除磷系统的启动和功能微生物分布。结果表明,采用反硝化除磷A2SBR和硝化N-SBR单独启动后耦合运行的方式可以快速启动反硝化除磷系统,运行至第85天,出水COD和NH4+-N、TN、PO43--P质量浓度分别为35.0、0.5、15.0、1.2 mg/L,对应的去除率分别为90.0%、98.0%、71.0%、80.0%。高通量测序结果表明主要氨氧化菌(AOB)为Nitrosomonas,主要亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)为Nitrospira,相对丰度分别为8.1%和6.5%。除磷相关微生物主要为红环菌科(Rhodocyclaceae)和黄杆菌科(Flavobacteriaceae),脱氯单胞菌属(Dechloromonas),四联球状菌属(Tetrasphaera),它们的相对丰度分别为6.1%、5.2%、0.1%和0.3%。
The start-up process and functional microbial distribution of a novel pre-A_(2)NSBR system for simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal were investigated in a sequencing batch reactor(SBR).The results demonstrated that the combined operation of denitrifying phosphorus removal(A_(2)SBR)and nitrification(N-SBR)successfully initiated the denitrifying phosphorus removal system by the 85th day.The concentrations of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,and PO_(4)^(3-)-P in the effluent were 35.0 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,15.0 mg/L,and 1.2 mg/L,respectively,with corresponding removal rates of 90.0%,98.0%,71.0%,and 80.0%.High-throughput sequencing revealed that the main ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria(NOB)were Nitrospira and Nitrosomonas,with relative abundances of 8.1% and 6.5%,respectively.Phosphorus removal-related microorganisms were primarily Rhodocyclaceae,Flavobacteriaceae,Dechloromonas,and Tetrasphaera,with relative abundances of 6.1%,5.2%,0.1%,and 0.3%,respectively.
