转速对SUFR系统厌氧区释磷的影响

摘要 就转速对螺旋升流反应器系统厌氧区释磷效果、污泥的释磷代谢及动力学参数的影响进行试验研究,并确定较好释磷效果时的转速,为该技术即将进行的工程应用提供理论支撑。研究结果表明:随着转速的增加,厌氧释磷效果出现下降的趋势,转速为30 r/min时,厌氧释磷效果较佳;SUFR系统厌氧区污泥释磷的代谢模式遵循Smolders等人提出的生化模式,转速变化引起αPAO的不同,从而使得厌氧释磷的代谢水平出现了差异;转速对厌氧区污泥COD吸收的动力学参数qmax及KA值均产生了明显的影响。 An experiment is carried out to investigate the influence of rotation speed on phosphorus release in the anaerobic zone of the spiral-up flow reactor system, the phosphorus release of sludge as well as dynamical parameters and to obtain an optimal speed which offers a theory support for engineering practices. The research shows that the phosphorus release effects goes down as rotation speed rises up. The best result is found as soon as the speed reaches 30 r/min;the phosphorus release model of the sludge in the anaerobic zone follows smolders' biochemistry model,that is the change of rotation speed induces the change of αPAO and also the phosphorus release effects in the anaerobic zone. It is verified that rotation speed has a remarkable influence on the dynamical parameter qmax and KA of COD absorbability of the sludge in the anaerobic zone.
