摘要
文章根据风电行业的特点,基于解决项目制管理风电企业数字化转型过程中系统建设、基础设施建设、数字化管理体系建设等问题。运用信息化技术基于风电行业现状,通过建设基础设施、构建信息系统、搭建数据中台等方法落实数字化专项。打通研发、销售、采购、质量、生产、运维、财务等核心业务流程,实现业务财务一体化的智能制造管理模式;打通运维工单、车船管理、工器具管理、备品备件管理等运维业务,实现智慧运维管理;构建了覆盖“研、产、供、销、服”等1 000余个数据资产目录,实现项目全生命周期数据透明化和可视化。形成数据标准体系、网络安全体系、硬件基础体系、运维支持体系全面管控、监督、促进数字化转型后稳定运行及持续发展。
Based on the characteristics of the wind power industry,this article aims to solve the problems of planning,system construction,infrastructure construction,and digital management system construction for the digital transformation of wind power enterprises based on project-based management.Based on the current situation of the wind power industry,utilizing information technology,implementing digitalization projects through methods such as building infrastructure,constructing information systems,and building data platforms.Integrate core business processes such as research and development,sales,procurement,quality,production,operation and maintenance,and finance to achieve an intelligent manufacturing management model that integrates business and finance;Integrate operation and maintenance work orders,vehicle and vessel management,tool and equipment management,spare parts management and other operation and maintenance businesses to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance management;We have built over 1000 data asset catalogs covering research,production,supply,sales,and services,achieving transparency and visualization of project lifecycle data.Establish a comprehensive control,supervision,and promotion of data standard system,network security system,hardware infrastructure system,and operation and maintenance support system to ensure stable operation and sustainable development after digital transformation.
