摘要
文章根据风电行业的特点,基于解决项目制管理风电企业数字化转型过程中系统建设、基础设施建设、数字化管理体系建设等问题。运用信息化技术基于风电行业现状,通过建设基础设施、构建信息系统、搭建数据中台等方法落实数字化专项。打通研发、销售、采购、质量、生产、运维、财务等核心业务流程,实现业务财务一体化的智能制造管理模式;打通运维工单、车船管理、工器具管理、备品备件管理等运维业务,实现智慧运维管理;构建了覆盖“研、产、供、销、服”等1 000余个数据资产目录,实现项目全生命周期数据透明化和可视化。形成数据标准体系、网络安全体系、硬件基础体系、运维支持体系全面管控、监督、促进数字化转型后稳定运行及持续发展。
This paper addresses the issues of prolonged product development cycles and low collaboration efficiency in the wind power industry by proposing a digital R&D platform solution for enterprises based on product lifecycle management(PLM)systems.This approach integrates functions such as collaborative design,simulation management,process management,and R&D management,achieving full-process digitalization from design to service.It supports the digital twin of product development and the digital mapping of manufacturing processes,thereby enhancing the scientific basis of decision-making and R&D efficiency.Research findings indicate that,through the integration of NX 3D software,the application of this platform has strengthened cross-disciplinary collaborative design capabilities.The simulation management module optimizes the interaction between design and simulation,while process management ensures consistency of production data and increases the efficiency of process planning.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the current research status and requirements of collaborative process planning under the PLM framework for wind power enterprises,proposing the concept of establishing a system of collaborative digital process design technologies.
