摘要
介绍智能制造技术与智能制造系统产生的背景与科学意义,分析国内外的发展现状与关键问题。讨论智能制造技术及系统与人工智能、计算机集成制造系统的关系。提出发展先进智能制造系统所必须解决的关键技术基础,强调人的智能在制造系统中的重要作用。未来智能制造系统必然是以高度的集成化和智能化为特征的自动化制造系统。
There exists certain difficulty in the manufacturing automation at present due to neglecting skills and expertise of manufacturing craftmen. A new manufacturing system-intelligent manufacturing system(IMS) are emerging to overcome the difficulty by integrating intelligence of human-being. The background and scientific significance of intelligent manufacturing technology (IMT) and IMS are introduced in this paper. The studies and development of intelligent manufacturing technology and system are reviewed. Some key issues and relations between IMT, IMS and artificial intelligence, CIMS are discussed in detail. Foundations of related techniques need to be solved. The human intelligence should play an important role in the advanced manufacturing system.
