摘要
介绍了通过废物利用合成对苯二胺的新工艺。用废聚酯经氨解、氯化、霍夫曼降解制得对苯二胺,纯度可达99.1%,异构体含量小于0.3%,完全可满足keflar纤维的需要,在工业上有较高的应用价值。
The thesis introduces a new method of P-phenylenediamine synthesis with waste. P-phenylenediamine is obstained by waste polyester's aminization. Chloriation and Hoffmann degeneration. The purity of the products can come to 99.1% , but the isomers is only 0.3% below. The synthetic products with this way will meet the meeds of keflar and the method is higher applied value in industry.
