基于ADAMS的织机开口机构刚柔耦合动力学研究

摘要 文章为提高凸轮开口机构在织机高速运行期间的运动精度和可靠性,建立了开口机构的多刚体系统进行运动学与动力学分析,再构建其刚柔耦合多体系统并利用ADAMS刚柔耦合模块进行动力学仿真。通过动态曲线分析表明,重要构件的柔性化可使开口运动更为稳定可靠,这种刚柔耦合动力学研究为织机开口机构关键零件的优化设计提供理论支持。 This article aims to improve the motion accuracy and reliability of the cam opening mechanism during high-speed operation of the Loom.A multi rigid body system of the opening mechanism was established for kinematic and dynamic analysis.Subsequently,its rigid flexible coupled multi-body system was constructed and dynamic simulation was carried out using the rigid flexible coupling module of ADAMS software.The analysis of dynamic curves shows that the flexibility of important components can make the opening action more stable and reliable.This study of rigid flexible coupling dynamics provides theoretical support for the optimization design of the opening mechanism.
