摘要
该文系统回顾了中医护理发展历程,总结了国内中医护理人才培养现状,提出应聚焦中医护理拔尖人才培养。从夯实学历教育,为拔尖人才培养提供坚实基础;优化在职教育,与学历教育协同推进拔尖人才培养2个方面提出举措,旨在为中医护理拔尖人才培养提供参考。
This paper systematically reviewed the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing and summarized the current status of TCM nursing talents cultivation in China.It suggested focusing on the education of top-notch TCM nursing students.Two key measures were proposed:first,consolidating academic education to provide a solid foundation for the education of top-notch TCM nursing students;and second,promoting further education to collaborate with academic education.The aim was to provide a reference for the education of TCM nursing.
