摘要
总结杨叔禹教授运用疏泄理论治疗失眠的临证经验。其认为精神心理因素是失眠的重要诱因,肝失疏泄,脏腑气机失调是关键病机。治疗应重视疏泄气机,配合宁心安神,调畅情志,倡导心身同治。病史采集和问诊应详细全面,治疗采用创制的“疏泄系列方”,取得较好疗效。本文通过对杨叔禹教授临床验案举隅,运用疏泄理论分析睡眠的中医病机。通过临床经验总结,为疏泄理论提供坚实的临床依据,从而更好地服务临床,为广大失眠患者解除病痛。
Professor Yang Shuyu’s clinical experience in the treatment of insomnia with the theory of conveyance and dispersion is summarized.He believed that mental and psychological factors are the important inducement of insomnia,and the key pathogenesis is liver failure of conveyance and dispersion and qi movement disorder of zang fu viscera.The treatment pays attention to the conveyance and dispersion and qi movement,cooperates with calming the heart and the nerves,adjusts the mood,smooth the emotion,and advocates the simultaneous treatment of mind and body.The medical history collection and consultation are detailed and comprehensive,and the treatment adopts the created"prescription series of conveyance and dispersion",which has achieved good results.In this paper,Professor Yang Shuyu’s clinical cases are cited,and the TCM pathogenesis of sleep is analyzed by using the theory of conveyance and dispersion.The summary of clinical experience,provides a solid clinical basis for the theory of conveyance and dispersion,thus better serving the clinic and relieving the pain for the majority of insomnia patients.
