摘要
针对中医学术界对“疏泄”这一重要概念的理解存在分歧 ,探询“疏泄”概念产生与变化的源流 ,以阐明其本义。“疏泄”最早见于《内经》 ,但仅指土疏泄 ,并仅为一种病理现象 ,与肝脏的生理功能无关。金元时期 ,程朱理学昌盛 ,朱丹溪受此影响 ,以“相火”说来表征人的欲求冲动 ;以“疏泄”概念阐释临床“郁症” ,最先提出“肝主疏泄”的理论。明清医家把“疏泄”与肝相联系 ,从欲求冲动来诠释“疏泄”概念及肝主疏泄理论 ,更符合原意。
Discharging”,an essential concept in traditional Chinese medicine,is differently understood in the academic circle.This paper presents the origin and evolution of “discharging”so as to clarify its original meaning.The word“discharging”is first found in Nei Jing and means to the dysfunction of the earth,a pathological phenomenon,and thus does not relate to the liver functions.In the Jin and Yuan dynasties,Dr.Zhu Danxi borrowed“xiang huo”to express the sexual impulse,and introduced“discharging”to explain about“depression”and first raised the theory“liver governing discharging”.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,“discharging”is actually related with the liver function and the sexual impulse,which is the original meaning of “Discharging”and agrees with the clinical practice.
