摘要
目的我国医学生的科普课程尚无成熟的教学模式可以参考,本研究将探索成果导向教育(OBE)融合课程思政的模式在《医学科普基础与实践》课程中的应用效果。方法于2023年4月,选取中山大学2020级和2021级本科生共65名为研究对象,采用OBE理念开展《医学科普基础与实践》课程思政的教学实践。问卷调查学生对授课模式的评价,分析学生对教学目标的掌握程度。结果大部分学生(95.16%)对授课模式表示满意。大部分学生(>90%)很好地掌握了关键的科普知识。比较课前摸底调查,学生在课后对医学科普责任感、使命感的认识得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论本研究创新性地将OBE与课程思政相融合展开《医学科普基础与实践》教学,科普知识传授与科普价值观塑造均高质量达成。这种教学模式是医学科普教育领域一次有意义的探索,为其他高校开展医学科普教学提供了一定的参考。
Objective There is no mature teaching model for the science popularization course of medical students in China.This paper will explore the application effect of the combination of outcomes-based education(OBE)and curriculum ideology and politics in the course of Basics and Practice of Medical Science Popularization.Methods In April,2023,a total of 65 undergraduates of Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 of Sun Yat-sen University were selected as the research subjects,and the teaching practice of the course Basics and Practice of Medical Science Popularization was carried out with the OBE concept.Students’evaluation of teaching mode was investigated by questionnaire,and the degree of students’mastery of teaching objectives was analyzed.Results Majority of the students(95.16%)were satisfied with the teaching mode.Most of the students(>90%)had a good grasp of the key scientific knowledge.In comparison to the pre-course mapping survey,students’awareness of the responsibility and mission of medical science was significantly improved after the course(P<0.05).Conclusion This study innovatively integrates OBE with curriculum ideology and politics to carry out the teaching of Basics and Practice of Medical Science Popularization,and the teaching of science popularization knowledge and the shaping of science popularization values are achieved with high quality.This teaching mode is a meaningful exploration in the field of medical science popularization education,and provides some reference for other universities to carry out medical science popularization teaching.
