成果导向教育教学模式结合课程思政在临床免疫学检验教学中的应用效果

Application effect of the outcome-based education teaching model combined with the ideological and political education in clinical immunology laboratory testing courses

摘要 目的通过成果导向教育(OBE)教学模式与课程思政相结合,探索其在临床免疫学检验课程中的教学改革成效。方法选取2024—2025学年第一学期山西医科大学汾阳学院医学检验技术专业2022级同一班级236名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=118)和实践组(n=118)。对照组学生采用OBE教学模式授课,实践组学生采用OBE教学模式与课程思政相结合的方式授课。比较两组的学习成绩、学习能力、职业素养和价值观的提升。结果实践组学生的课堂测试、期末成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组学生的课堂活动参与度、自主学习时长、文献阅读测验高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组学生的实验操作成绩、案例分析成绩、行为方式转变评分高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组学生的价值观提升各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于OBE理念的教学模式与课程思政相结合,可提高学生学习成绩和自主学习能力,提升职业素养和价值观,为临床免疫学检验课程的教学改革提供经验基础。 Objective To explore the teaching reform effect of combining the outcome-based education(OBE)teaching model with the course ideological and political education in the clinical immunology and laboratory testing course through an outcome-oriented approach.Methods A total of 236 students from the same class of the medical laboratory technology major of Fenyang College,Shanxi Medical University in the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=118)and the practice group(n=118)according to the random number table method.Students in the control group were taught using the OBE teaching model,while students in the practice group were taught using the OBE teaching model combined with curriculum ideological education.The learning achievements,learning abilities,professional qualities,and values of the two groups were compared.Results The classroom test and final exam scores of the students in the practice group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The participation in classroom activities,the duration of autonomous learning and the literature reading test of the students in the practice group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental operation scores,case analysis scores and behavioral pattern transformation scores of the students in the practice group were higher than those of the students in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the students in the practice group in terms of value improvement were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model based on the OBE concept,combined with ideological and political education in the curriculum,not only improves students'academic performance and autonomous learning ability,but also significantly enhances their professional qualities and values,providing an experience foundation for the teaching reform of the clinical immunology laboratory course.
