摘要
根据29F股与36WS股组股钢丝总面积十分接近,结合GB/T 8706—2017相关说明,进一步确认6×29F结构钢丝绳与6×36WS结构钢丝绳是“力学性能和物理性能相似”钢丝绳。基于GB/T 5972—2016给出相同使用条件下2种结构钢丝绳达到报废程度的最少可见断丝数并不相同,据此推测同一结构类别而具体结构不同钢丝绳的使用安全性能未必一致,分析认为这是因为不同结构钢丝绳间存在的性能差异会影响其复杂服役条件下的实际使用寿命。
According to fact that total wire area of 29F strand and 36WS strand is very close,combined with relevant explanations in GB/T 8706—2017,it is further confirmed that 6×29F construction wire rope and 6×36WS construction wire rope are similar mechanical and physical properties wire rope.Based on GB/T 5972—2016,minimum visible broken wire count for reaching discard condition under the same usage conditions for two construction wire ropes is not the same,which suggests that safety properties of the same construction category but different specific construction wire ropes may not be consistent.It is analyzed that properties difference between different construction wire ropes affecting their actual service life under complex operating conditions.
