摘要
研究多家国外企业符合23×K7类钢丝绳分类原则的钢丝绳结构特点,结合相关企业将符合23×K7类钢丝绳分类原则而具体结构不同钢丝绳性能参数单列,考虑GB/T 8706-2017与ISO/FDIS 17893:2003(E)钢丝绳结构分类原理,综合分析认为,对23×K7类钢丝绳:钢丝绳结构表示式最好使用详细式;应研究内层绳含填充股钢丝绳详细结构式表示方法;需规定内层绳股也为压实股;生产时应关注填充股对钢丝绳性能影响;宜通过旋转试验评价其阻旋转性能。
To study structural characteristics of wire rope in accordance with classification principles of 23×K7 wire rope in several foreign enterprises,Combined with related enterprises according to classification principle of 23×K7 wire rope and specific structure of different steel wire rope performance parameters are listed separately,GB/T 8706-2017 and ISO/FDIS 17893:2003(E)wire rope structure classification principle are considered.According to comprehensive analysis,for 23× K7 type steel wire rope,it is better to use detailed expression of wire rope structure,it is necessary to study detailed structural expression method of wire rope with filled strand in inner rope,it is necessary to specify inner rope strand is also compacted strand.Attention should be paid to influencing filled strand on performance of wire rope in production,and rotation resistance performance should be evaluated by rotation test.
