摘要
介绍平行捻钢丝绳的结构、性能特点和捻制关键,指出平行捻钢丝绳具有破断拉力高、结构伸长小和钢芯使用寿命长等特点。实现股在绳中等捻距捻制是制造西鲁式、填充式、瓦林吞式3种基本结构,尤其是大规格钢丝绳的技术关键。
To introduce the structure, property characteristic and lay key of parallel laid wire rope. It is pointed out that parallel laid wire rope has such characteristics as high breaking force, small structure elongation and long service life of rope core, which can be classified into Scale, Filler and Warrington three kind of basic structure. Realizing the same lay pitch twisting of strands in rope is key to manufacture technology, especially for thick wire rope.
