摘要
利用SOLIDWORKS软件创建了石墨化阴极铝电解槽模型,并使用COMSOL仿真软件对其中的磁场进行了模拟.同时,对某铝厂400 kA石墨化阴极铝电解槽进行了磁场测试,将测试结果与仿真结果进行了对比分析.分析结果显示:X方向出电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.27 mT;X方向进电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.20 mT;Y方向出电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.36 mT;Y方向进电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.20 mT;Z方向出电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.29 mT;Z方向进电侧模拟测点与现场测试测点的磁感应强度平均误差为0.22 mT.模拟结果与测试结果误差较小,二者数据基本吻合,这表明利用数值模拟软件进行磁场测试的方法具备可行性.
A graphitized cathode aluminum electrolyzer model was created using SOLIDWORKS software,and the magnetic field in it was simulated using COMSOL simulation software.At the same time,the magnetic field test was carried out on a graphitized cathode aluminum electrolysis cell of 400 kA in an aluminum plant,and the test results were compared and analyzed with the simulation results.The analysis results show that the average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the X direction is 0.27 mT.The average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the X direction is 0.20 mT.The average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the Y direction is 0.36 mT.The average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the Y direction is 0.20 mT.The average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the Z direction is 0.29 mT,and the average error of magnetic induction intensity between the simulated measurement point and the field test point in the Z direction is 0.22 mT.The error between the simulation results and the test results is small,and the test data basically coincide with each other,which shows that it is feasible to use the numerical simulation software to conduct the magnetic field test.
