摘要
获得良好的电解槽磁流体稳定性,提高电解槽生产技术经济指标是铝电解行业长期研究的重要课题。针对某铝厂在产的350kA电解系列,提出一种电解槽磁流体稳定性优化改造技术。通过该技术的应用,大幅度提高了电解槽电流效率,降低了电解槽工作电压,从而达到大幅度节能降耗的目的,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。同时,也为铝电解行业提供了一种电解槽的节能思路。
Acquiring a good MHD stability and improving the techndogical and economic indicators are significant tasks in the aluminium reduction field in a long tenn. This paper introduces a technology of optimization MHD stability of aluminium reduction cells for operating 350kA pot line in one smelter. By application of the technology, it improves largely the current efficiency and reduces the pot voltage so as to save energy, reduce consumption and create the well economic benefits. At the same time, it provides an energy saving measure of pots for the aluminium reduction field.
