摘要
在电解槽系列正常生产的情况下,利用电解槽大修的机会,对其物理场进行优化改造。综合考虑成本、可操作性、母线结构等,确定最后改造方案。经过近2个月的生产运行,优化电解槽运行平稳,技术经济指标明显提高,达到了预期目的。
Ring busbars were optimized for some relining aluminum reduction cells while the potline was in normal operations. Reformation scheme was determined considering the cost, operation feasibility, busbar structure, etc. After operation for 2 months, the modified cells showed good performances comparing with reference cells. So results showed that it was successful to improve cell status in this way.
