摘要
创新创业教育作为一种集理论性、实践性以及应用性于一体的综合性教育模式,已成为推进职业教育综合改革、提高人才培养质量的重要抓手。拥有丰富思想理论资源与价值底蕴的企业家精神,其核心要义与创新创业教育具有天然的耦合性和内在的联动性。将企业家精神融入高职创新创业教育体系,不仅是契合创新创业教育体系特征和要求的战略选择,也是落实立德树人根本任务、培养高素质创新创业人才的必然要求。通过实施“五化”育人路径,即转化育人理念、优化课程体系、强化师资队伍、催化自育觉醒、深化校企合作,不仅能够有效破解高职创新创业教育中存在的“重术轻道”现状,提升学生的创新思维和创业素养,还能为高职创新创业教育注入发展新动力,从而构建一个持续发展、协同育人的创新创业生态系统。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education,as a comprehensive education model that integrates theory,practice,and application,has become an important lever in promoting comprehensive reform of vocational education and improving the quality of talent cultivation.The essence of the entrepreneurial spirit,with rich ideological and theoretical resources and value,shares natural coupling and inherent linkage with innovation and entrepreneurship education.Combining entrepreneurial spirit with the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of vocational colleges is not only a strategic choice.It fits the characteristics and requirements of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system and is also an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents,as well as training innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The study puts foreward five paths,namely transforming educational concepts,optimizing curriculum systems,strengthening teaching staff,catalyzing self-education,and deepening college-enterprise cooperation.Only by doing this,it is possible to effectively address the existing issue of emphasizing skills over principles in higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education and enhance students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial qualities.This can inject new momentum into the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,thereby constructing a sustainable and collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
