摘要本文通过对国外企业家精神研究的回顾和总结,率先全面系统地提出了企业家精神的三个层次论,即强调个体及其与环境互动的个体层次论、强调企业组织及其与环境互动的组织层次论和强调范围更广阔的企业家精神的社会层次论。目的在于为了解、掌握、研究和开发企业家精神提供一个有用的视角或认识工具。
