摘要
以“水性环氧底漆+水性隔热保温中间漆+水性丙烯酸面漆”构建隔热保温配套涂层体系。通过测试其耐腐蚀性、耐老化性、隔热保温等性能,对隔热保温配套涂层的性能进行评价。结果表明:水性环氧底漆A颜基比为0.85;水性隔热保温中间漆B选用规格为D90=110μm的玻璃微珠,颜基比为0.77;水性丙烯酸面漆H羟值为4.2,n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1时,涂层配套体系兼顾隔热性能与耐腐蚀性,表现良好。
Waterborne epoxy primer,waterborne thermal insulation intermediate paint and waterborne acrylic topcoat form a thermal insulation supporting coatings system.The performance of the thermal insulation coatings is evaluated by testing the corrosion resistance,aging resistance,thermal insulation and other properties.The results show:waterborne epoxy primer A has a pigment/binder ratio of 0.85;waterborne thermal insulation intermediate paint B is made of glass microspheres with specifications of D90=110μm and a pigment/binder ratio of 0.77;the hydroxyl value of waterborne acrylic topcoat is 4.2,and the performance of the supporting coatings system is good when n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1,which takes into account the thermal insulation performance and corrosion resistance.
