Design,performance and application of heat-reflection bilayer coatings

摘要 长期受阳光曝晒的石油化工储罐存在着降温和长效防腐的综合问题。从复合涂层设计的角度出发,将热喷涂牺牲阳极涂层与热反射有机涂料复合运用,得到综合性能优异的热反射长效防护复合涂层。试验结果表明该复合涂层具有优异的隔热降温和长效防腐效果。 There were exist some problems of the storage tanks exposured long-term sun ned to be resolved by cool ing and to bear long-time corrosion. From the aspect of design of bilayer coating, the coatings with outstanding comprehen sive properties were obtained by combining the thermal spraying coating and the heat-reflection organic coating. The experi mental results showed that the bilayer coatings had excellent heat insulation and long-term corrosion resistance.
