摘要
本文介绍了溶剂型丙烯酸树脂的发展情况及其特点,详细论述了溶剂型丙烯酸树脂的品种发展现状。另外对该产品的研究动向展开了系统的讨论,如高固体份丙烯酸树脂、SAC系列以及有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂等,并阐述了基团转移聚合方法和纳米技术对溶剂型丙烯酸树脂性能的影响。简要介绍了各类溶剂型丙烯酸树脂的在涂料工业中的应用,并对后期低污染高性能产品的开发作了展望。
This paper presents a comprehensive introduction about the developing conditions and virtues of solventborne acrylic resins, the latest development of which products has been described in detail. Besides, the research foreground of solventborne acrylic resins, such as high solid acrylic resins, the series of SAC and silane-modified acrylic resins was discussed. Effects of the group transfer polymerization and the nanometer technologies on performances of solventborne acrylic resins were also introduced. Then applications of solventborne acrylic resins in the area of coatings are summarized, and an anticipation of future trends about the products with low pollution, high performances in the field of solventborne acrylic resins was given.
